Julia Lang makes the Case for ChatGPT as the Ultimate Career Educator’s Toolkit

Career Educators are tasked with the enormous and daunting task of preparing students for the future and future of work. Julia Lang, Taylor’s Associate Director for Career Education and Life Design, recently made The Case for ChatGPT as the Ultimate Career Educator’s Toolkit on eSchool News, a national publication focused on education technology that is visited by 500,000 unique visitors each month. eSchool News provides the news and information necessary to help K-20 decision-makers successfully use technology and the internet to transform North America’s schools and colleges and achieve their educational goals.

Co-written with Dustin Liu from Stanford University’s Life Design Studio, Lang and Liu argue that when preparing students for the future of work, we have a duty to familiarize them with AI tools, which are likely to be a part of their workplace.
