Tulane Effective Altruism Weekly Student Meeting

Effective altruism is, in the words of the New York Times, “an emerging international movement” whose adherents “want to use their talents and resources to make the biggest possible positive difference to the world.” We are excited to bring this new movement to Tulane campus!

Whether you are seeking the organizations that influence more people with the same donation, finding the major and career path that will help you maximize your impact in the world, or finding the cause that will save more lives given limited resources, Tulane Effective Altruism will be with you along the journey, as will be the hundreds of world-renowned thought leaders, scholars, entrepreneurs who identify as effective altruists around the globe. Join us and the amazing campaigns we will initiate in collaboration with CELT, Academic Advising Center and CPS this semester!
