Teach for America Roundtable: Conversation about Education in New Orleans

 

CELT-SI and the OMA invite you to join Teach For America in a roundtable discussion to begin a dialogue between TFA and with Tulane students. Discuss TFA with members from the community, Tulane alumnae, and fellow Tulane students. It will be a great way to explore Tulane students’ opinions about the organization, learn more about TFA, and learn what TFA has done for those already influenced by it.

Roundtable members include:

* Denali Lander, Tulane University Grad, 2009 TFA Corps Member in New Orleans, taught for 4 years; now Executive Director of Youth Run Nola
* Betty Washington, Community activist, Tulane Law School Grad, NOLA native
* Lee Green, Principal at McDonnough 32, NOLA native
* New Orleans parents
