June Design Thinking Breakfast
The Taylor Center’s monthly breakfast, “Design Thinking the New Orleans Way,” is a place to meet others who not only are using and teaching design thinking, human-centered design, design research, and otherly-named design approaches to creating societal impact, but who are also adapting these methods to be more effective and equitable.
The goal is to learn from each other. The format will evolve as we learn, together, what might be most valuable (and enjoyable!) to us all. Breakfasts will include both time to mingle and one or two quick activities to foster knowledge-sharing or community-building.
The breakfasts are open to all, however they are not about “how to get started.” Taylor offers other programming for an introduction to Design Thinking.
Please share this with anyone who would enjoy both sharing to and learning from other practitioners and educators in the greater New Orleans area.
Cost: Either free or $15: there is an option to select either on Eventbrite. If you/your organization feels comfortable contributing $15, we greatly appreciate you doing so. But please choose the free option for any reason, no explanation needed.
