Towards Change
Empower Your Team's Impact With KREWE School
KREWE School is a cohort-based program that empowers teams to deepen their social and environmental impact. Participating teams engage in peer-based learning to redesign their theories of change, explore systemic issues and leverage human-centered design to amplify their impact.
The Changemaker Institute (CI)
The Changemaker Institute is a semester-long program designed for students who have a deep understanding of a specific social or environmental challenge, often rooted in lived experience or extensive prior community engagement. The program empowers these students to transform their unique insight and passion into viable ventures that create meaningful impact. Through weekly workshops, mentorship, and a supportive learning community, participants develop the tools and resources needed to turn their ideas for social impact into reality.

Highlighting our SE Professors and their Work in the Community

Social Entrepreneurship Professors
Social Entrepreneurship Professors continuously work with communities throughout the region to address various challenges we face in the Gulf South. Through FIT Clinic, Dr. Anjali Niyogi partners with local organizations like Voices of the Experienced (VOTE) to empower formerly incarcerated individuals and their families through improving access to health care and proper nutrition. In a recent Op Ed for NOLA.com, Dr. Niyogi stressed the importance of increasing the standard of care for incarcerated individuals.
