Liz Ogbu Public Lecture

The Taylor Center is proud to announce that Liz Ogbu, the first Taylor Fellows Expert-in-Residence, will host a public lecture on  November 9, 2015 at Tulane University, School of Architecture at 6pm.

Below is a brief description for Liz Ogbu’s talk:

How can we create dignity though design? How can we use design to tackle wicked social problems? From designing shelters for immigrant day laborers in the U.S. to a water and health social enterprise for low-income Kenyans, Liz Ogbu has long worked with communities in need to leverage the power of design to deliver social impact. In this talk, she will share stories from some of her projects and insights about how we can all work to create impact by design.
