Violence Prevention Institute

VPI advances research, education, and community collaboration to prevent violence and promote equity. VPI puts research and data into action through initiatives that evaluate and strengthen youth violence prevention programs, explore the root causes and consequences of violence, and assess the impact of policies and interventions. Through training, outreach, and community-led translation, VPI equips practitioners and empowers those most affected by violence to lead meaningful, lasting change.
