Dantiel “Tiel” Daniels is a higher education professional, career strategist, and former professional and Division I athlete dedicated to guiding students through career transitions and life design. As Associate Director of Career and Professional Development at Tulane University, Tiel specializes in employer engagement, alumni connections, and programming that supports both traditional and non-traditional career paths. His teaching blends design thinking, identity exploration, and real-world strategy. He is currently completing his Ed.D. with a research focus on NCAA athlete career preparedness and post-sport transitions.
