Upstream Cooperative supports health care workers in meeting recently established American Medical Association priorities around structural competency in ways that improve experiences for both patients and providers. By addressing and remediating health care worker distress, moral injury, and burnout we hope to confront the provider shortage the U.S. currently faces.
