We will designate at minimum 3 consistent team members to attend all program sessions.

We will ensure a critical mass of our team, determined in partnership with the Taylor Center, has regular access to and participates in program sessions.

Our most senior leader supports participation in this program and is prepared to examine their own assumptions, disrupt entrenched patterns, and share power in both principle and practice.
