As one of the three Changemaker Institute (CI) fellows for this year, Liv will be helping to build a CI experience that gives participants the resources to become and remain vehicles for positive societal change. She hopes to bring unique, cutting-edge curricula to CI and to expand the Institute by accessing participants’ talents, skills, and passions.
A third-year undergraduate student from Pennsylvania, Liv is working on her degree in International Development and Public Health. The values of Taylor resonate with Liv’s own, which have been shaped by working for 7 Elements – an international service-learning and sustainable development organization – for four years. With 7 Elements, she has implemented projects in the Dominican Republic and Peru, developed curricula for high school volunteers, and served as a mentor to program participants. She is excited to bring her experience in the changemaker space to the Tulane community.
On campus, Liv is the Fall 2017 New Member Coordinator of Alpha Delta Pi Sorority, President of 7 Elements at Tulane University, and a member of Public Health Society and Reformed University Fellowship.
