As the Program Manager in the Tulane Center for Public Service, Nicole Caridad Ralston works with CPS community service and social justice programs, advising student organizations, managing service leadership scholarship programs, providing support to CACTUS, and serving as an instructor for a TIDES course.

Ralston is the current state director for NASPA, the Association for Student Affairs Administrators in Higher Education. She also serves on the board of Ivy Leadership Academy, an all-girls charter school in New Orleans, and volunteers as the Publicity Co-Chair for the New Orleans Hispanic Heritage Foundation’s Azucar Ball. During the summer, Nicole travels to different college campuses as a co-lead facilitator for the LeaderShape Institute. In her free time, she enjoys sharing her food adventures on her Instagram food blog, @eatenpathnola.

Ralston received her doctorate in Educational Administration at The University of New Orleans in May 2019.
