Join us for an hour of vinyasa “flow” yoga. By practicing mindful stretching, strengthening postures, and breathing exercises, we will cultivate and deepen our capacity to pay attention to physical sensations and emotions with curiosity. This strength-building class is best for yoga practitioners who are interested in a more powerful, rhythmic, fast-moving flow set to music. This class is more vigorous and moves quickly from pose to pose. The class is free.
