Mindful Movement

Flow. Reflect. Connect.

Join us for an hour of vinyasa “flow” yoga and guided meditation for changemaking. By practicing mindful stretching, strengthening postures, and breathing exercises, we will cultivate and deepen our capacity to pay attention to physical sensations and emotions with curiosity. Class will end with a long guided meditation focused on cultivating your inner changemaker. Beginners welcome; the class is free.

Class will be held in the Diboll studio, which is located across the street from the Reily Center underneath the parking garage.
