In this 4-week free course, students will learn different mindfulness methods and cultivate a daily mindfulness practice. Mindfulness is the practice of becoming fully present in the here and now with compassion and heightened awareness. By cultivating a practice of mindfulness, learn to better understand yourself, grow from the inside out, build stronger relationships, respond more calmly and wisely to stress, embrace your leadership capacity, and engage courageously and effectively as a changemaker.

Class will be held from 3:00-4:15 pm in the Patterson Changemaker RLC on 9/22, 9/29, 10/6, and 10/20
