Kenneth Schwartz, dean of the Tulane School of Architecture, has been named the founding director of the Phyllis M. Taylor Center for Social Innovation and Design Thinking, the university announced today.

Schwartz was also named the first Sacks Endowed Chair in Civic Engagement and Social Entrepreneurship.
